    - Last release as independent package

        This is the last non-bugfix release of Guile-GDBM as an
        independent package.  Future releases under the name Guile-GDBM
        will be only to fix bugs.  Guile-GDBM functionality is migrating
        into Guile 1.4.1.108 (and derivatives).

    - Maintenance tools update

Guile-WWW (and its peers) are all back online (look for a combined
2.{17+18} announcement shortly), as well as some data:

the rest of the site may or may not return depending on how bogged down
i get w/ life the universe and everything (else)...

the actual glug.org is no longer under my control.  anything you see
there related to guile is cynical "happenstance" designed to lull the
unwary.  YHBW...
