release notes:

  Tested w/ GNU Guile-SDL 0.5.3.

README excerpt:

SGF Utils is a set of programs for manipulating Smart Game
Format files, principally for the game of Go. This release
  includes three programs:

sgfc -- check well-formedness and style
    sgfm -- "mogrify"
    sgfv -- browse graphically

NEWS for 0.9 (2021-12-14):

  - gnugo subprocess glitch fixed

Program sgfv talks to the GNU Go subprocess using a port made w/
‘open-input-output-pipe’. In previous releases, the port was
presumed to be either non-buffering or line-buffered. This
assumption results in a hang should the port be fully buffered,
which seems to be the case for more recent versions of Guile.

Now, the port is flushed (using ‘force-output’).

  - bootstrap/maintenance tools

     GNU Autoconf 2.71
     GNU Automake 1.16.5
     GNU Guile 2.2.7
