* socket.c (scm_setsockopt): Handle IP_ADD_MEMBERSHIP and
IP_DROP_MEMBERSHIP options. Also, reorganized the code a bit for
cleanliness.
(scm_init_socket): Define IP_ADD_MEMBERSHIP and
IP_DROP_MEMBERSHIP.
