Anyone here know what is the status of mod_guile? I thought I recognized
the name from this list. The mod_guile web page is empty. I also saw
mod_lisp, and mod_scheme, and mod_haskell.

Yeah, there is no web page, just the savannah page:
http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/mod-guile/
I haven't touched mod_guile in well over a year. I started adding
hooks into all the different request phases, but ran into problems
with keeping continuations under control. Since then I've moved on to
another job.

Well where is the source code. I'd like to take a look at it. Maybe I
could resurrect the project! I'd like that.
