I think it does not differ. It's just a reminder: if module loading
code in guile will be changed it's important to not forget about
guilelibdir change as well. Right now we have something which

1. Have practical problems (discussed in separate thread).
2. Is totally different from the way scheme modules are handled.
3. Is totally different from the way other scripting languages
(perl,php,python,ruby,etc) are doing it.

When modules loading mechanism is changing it's good time to make the
same changes in load-extension mechanism as well to make everything
consistent.
