That said, the suggested build-config command doesn't seem to work :-(

neil@laruns:~/guile-lib$ tla build-config -r configs/main-dev
unable to open file "/home/neil/guile-lib/configs/main-dev" (No such 
file or directory)
PANIC: I/O error

Any idea here?
