It does not appear to be an interface to non-sr.ht projects’ mailing lists. Actually I think email is still the best way to write to mailing lists of the current Internet, only a JavaScript-free Web interface for reading and searching was a good idea, though I can’t do it and old mailman2 already allows Web-based reading.
