I noticed this, too.

I'm not sure if it's explained there.
Basically, the profile being created [0] contains two files called
'lib/libgmp.so'. Since they lose the "namespace" created by the unique
/gnu/store hashes when they are symlinked into the profile, only one of
them can exist under the name 'lib/libgmp.so'. Sometimes this is benign,
sometimes not.
We should investigate this case.
[0] I assume it's the system-wide profile found at
/run/current-system/profile, but it can happen for ~/.guix-profile also.
