Hi,

I wonder if there is a particular reason to make @BDW_GC_LIBS@ not a
private library, like all the others:
https://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/guile.git/tree/meta/guile-3.0.pc.in#n25

Fedora and openSUSE both patch this file (at guile-2.2 and guile-2.0):

https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/devel:languages:misc/guile/guile-2.2-gc_pkgconfig_private.patch?expand=1

Is there anything obvious I miss blocking this change?
