fyi, http://www.gnu.org/software/guile/ now shows news.  the previous
page at that address has been (conceptually) renamed to "About Guile".
news now links to the that page via the "(But what is Guile?)" header.

(the .symlinks file that controls what is the "index.html" is normally
processed nightly by cron job, but (gnu.org) sysadmin Mark H. Weaver
kindly kicked it off manually for us.)
