Hello!

I've reported bug 33827 (https://debbugs.gnu.org/cgi/bugreport.cgi?bug=33827)
and have created a fix. Guile implementation of (SRFI 69) was broken for
weak hash-tables. I'm sending the patch here as well for acknowledgement.
