Yes, it's correct that I did do that for a while.  But then the whole
job was passed to a group of mailing list administrators at GNU - as
suggested by the "listhelper-moderateDELETEME at gnu.org" address at
the bottom of, e.g.,
http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/guile-devel.

So, I think that's the address to contact, if you want to help
administer the lists, or if you have particular requests.
