Hope all is well with yall. I have been looking at the guildhall recently. To recap, the guildhall is a CPAN-alike for Guile. It adds commands onto Guile's `guild' multitool, like `guild update' and `guild install'. In my last update[0], I announced a poorly-chosen rename of the package to "sigil". I have since renamed it back to "guildhall", and updated the documentation again. [0] http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.lisp.guile.devel/12715/focus=12744 I also cherry-picked Andreas Rottmann's changes in the dorodango repository. Andreas's changes should make it easier to symlink paths managed by guildhall into Guile's default search paths, if that is indeed what we want to do. I haven't tested everything yet after the merge. Again, the code is here: https://gitorious.org/~wingo/dorodango/guildhall To check it out, you can: git clone git://gitorious.org/~wingo/dorodango/guildhall.git It's a work in progress; basically the same todo as my earlier update still applies. Andreas's changes to the destination mechanism does make Guile's work easier though. Patches and feedback most welcome, Andy -- http://wingolog.org/
