I realize that this is an annoying habit, as I'm proposing work that
I'm in no way willing or able to do, BUT...

It'd also be nice to have a changelog Web-available, and a summary of
1.4->1.6 changes in readable format, somewhere close to the 1.5.6 rc
announcement.
