I think I'll add some small test cases for putenv and friends,

	* tests/posix.test: New file.
	* Makefile.am (SCM_TESTS): Add it.

I don't want to gratuitously provoke failures, but the tests reflect
the documentation and systems with problems need to be identified :-).
