Yep, Neil's completely right, but I can see how you might have gotten a different impression. Guile's had really talented people working on it over the years, but hasn't quite gotten the overall focus it needs to move forward with strength. There are a variety of reasons for that, but I'm hoping they're mostly behind us now.
