No, workbook/bugs/ is far from finished.  I rushed it a bit so that we
could use it for organizing the bugs related to the 1.6 release.

Please continue your work, but base it on workbook/bugs/.  The list of
header fields for example, needs some serious review.

You articles here were essential to what has been done up to now.

I understood it that way that your render-bugs program would be used
to produce many useful and nice 'views' of the bug database.  That job
still needs to be done.

Converting from a flat ASCII file to the bugs/ directory was not
really much work.
