I'm happy to announce that Andy Wingo is now a co-maintainer of Guile,
alongside Ludovic and myself. Anyone who has had an eye on the lists
recently will know that Andy has been making massive contributions
towards the upcoming Guile 2.0 release, and it makes excellent sense to
have him as one of the formal guardians of the project.
Regards,
Neil
