Bug list hard to find

There does not appear to be any link from the
http://www.gnu.org/software/guile site to the bug-list. Some Google
searching did _not_ turn up the list.

Suggestions:
* Add a link to the navigation of the http://www.gnu.org/software/guile
site.
* Definitely add a link (and suggestion to check before submitting) to
http://www.gnu.org/software/guile/developers.html under "Reporting
Bugs". Include a link to the workbook/bug/README:
http://savannah.gnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/guile/guile/workbook/bugs/README?rev=HEAD&content-type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup
* There appears to be a bug-list feature in Savannah for the project,
but which isn't used (?). It should be disabled/hidden to prevent confusion.
* The bug-list does not appear to be searchable with Google. And I can't
figure out how to search using ViewCVS (no search box, the help link is
broken). There should be some way of searching.

I don't think there actually is an actively maintained bug list.

It copies through to bug-guile, for whoever wants to takeup something.
A few people have submitted bugs anonymously though, which makes it
hard to get feedback, so mailing bug-guile directly is probably best.
