In guile 1.6.3, while nosing around display-usage-report I noticed a
call to keyword-symbol, but there doesn't seem to any such function as
far as I can tell.

I haven't actually run display-usage-report, so very possibly I'm
horribly mistaken, but I wonder if it's meant to be keyword->symbol.
