Why is it so difficult to figure out what machine(s) and operating system(s) GUILE runs under?
Do you have a version for Windows?

(...could it be that serious hackers are not aware that Windows exists? I wonder...)

A good question!  It's spelled "Guile" by the way.

Guile does work on Windows, yes, but its support lags that of GNU
systems.

The Guile project does not currently provide binaries, so you need to
find someone who does.  For Windows there are cygwin and mingw binaries
out there, certainly for 1.8, though 2.0 is not yet as widespreat.
