Need to include autoconf.texi into Ref Manual guile.texi

Hi-

It appears that there is no @include in the reference manual guile.texi
for the section autoconf.texi for the 1.8.x branch and the MAIN branch.

I think the autoconf.texi info is still relevant, right?

Indeed.  The ChangeLog doesn't explicitly mention its removal, so it
might be accidental.

Well, sort of.  I'm not sure we should still advertise `GUILE_SITE_DIR'
because using it leads to packages that do not honor their `--prefix'
(I've been doing it for some time...).  As for the `autofrisk' stuff,
I'm not sure it's really that useful, and it's certainly not very well
maintained, so perhaps we shouldn't advertise it either (`frisk' is
nice, though).

I'd like to know what others think.

i think by end of 2007 we should aim to merge guile 1.4.x niceties
(including autofrisk and other reflective and otherwise things) into
guile HEAD, assuming there is some aligned interest.  the auto* tools
interop and documentation[1] is one of the areas that would benefit.

sooner is better, since next guile 1.4.x will be released under GPLv3 or
later (note: NOT *L*GPL), at which point merging from 1.4.x to HEAD can
be drearily complicated for HEAD maintainers (although the reverse, from
HEAD to 1.4.x, won't pose any problems for me).
