Details:

It will be nice if a module can be reloaded programmatically. For eg, let us
say, you have a module and are using it from the repl. Now, you modified the
module. It will be nice to reload the module without restarting guile.
Currently it is possible to recompile the module and reload manually, but it
will be nice if there is a programmatic way to do this.

This was discussed in the #guile IRC on Oct 24/25.
