Hi,

The thread here:

illustrates an interesting problem with Guile's approach to signals. What we
have now is almost certainly wrong in the standalone Scheme case. In the case
where Guile is embedded in another app, I'm not sure if we should do anything
regarding signals, though.

This is an issue that needs careful thought, a decision, possibly code, and
definitely documentation.
