Details:

Module obarrays do not contain submodules anymore (that is, no submodules
appear in the hash map returned by `module-obarray'). Therefore, functions in
`(ice-9 session)' such as `submodules' or `all-modules' (and probably module
folding ones depending on those) always return an empty list.
