Near the end of the `--help' option's output there should be a line that says where to mail bug reports. It should have this format:
Report bugs to mailing-address.
GUILE CVS fails this.

Thanks, I added that.
I see we also print to stderr instead of stdout. I think I'll change
to use stderr when scm_shell_usage is called for a "fatal" exit, or
stdout for the plain usage message.
