I get the following when I look at the top level in the trunk:

VC backend : Bzr
Working dir: ~/src/emacs/trunk/

unregistered config.guess
unregistered config.sub

unregistered missing

Should these be added to .bzrignore, perhaps?

Those files were moved to build-aux/ some time ago. You can just
delete/move any stale copies remaining at top-level.
