With the current trunk
emacs -Q
M-x grep SOMETHING_THAT_HAS_MATCHES RET
press RET on one the lines with a match
A new frame is created to show the results. This did not use to happen.

It work fine for M-x grep, but the same thing happens in the "vc-bzr
*...." buffer that vc-pull creates (running vc-pull on the emacs
sources).
