FSF copyright assignment paperwork is now in
place.

Attached is a tar file containing persian.el
which includes:

  - (farsi) Persian Keyboard based on Islamic Republic of Iran's ISIR-9147
  - (farsi-translit) Intuitive transliteration keyboard layout for Persian

Please add it to emacs24 and please let me know of 
any problems you may notice.
