I just noticed that the home page of `tramp' is at
www.nongnu.org/tramp (and there is nothing at
www.gnu.org/software/tramp). Considering that `tramp' is distributed
as a part of Emacs and (c) FSF, is there any reason that it is not
considered a GNU project?
