There still seems to be this problem with the frame resizing (Carbon
port, 22 branch, under Leopard). I'm forwarding a users bug report
FWIW.
I can reproduce by switching to another "space", creating a frame,
moving the frame back to the first space, and then resizing.
YM: If you don't have Leopard installed and have difficulties locating
the bug, let me know and I'll try (!) to look into it.

I think I've said that it's a bug in Carbon and I've already sent
a bug report to Apple before.
