It seems that setting utf-8-translate-cjk via Customize executes some
code, and I couldn't find a function to do the same. Am I blind or
is this function missing? If the function is missing, is it okay
that I extract the code from the :set expression into a function? Is
there anything special I've got to be aware of if I do this?
