I have a (local) programming project that I manage under CVS using
GNU Emacs 21.2 and it's VC. Now my email address has changed. When
I commit something I still see my old email address in the ChangeLog
(produced by pressing 'C-x v a') and I have no idea where it comes from.

How can I tell CVS or VC or Emacs or whomever that I have another address
now?

I think that VC uses user-login-name, then "@", then system-name.
But maybe it uses user-mail-address.

I had checked user-mail-address before posting...

[ time passes... checking and grepping... grepping ]

oh sorry...

*I* had set add-log-mailing-address and overlooked it now, how stupid...

Thanks a lot for helping, anyway.
(But you can't help against stupidity, can you? ;-)
