I'm not sure if `org-mode' and `encode-time' are supposed to parse
dates like "0000-00-01" correctly. So maybe it's no a bug. ;-)

I'm not sure if `org-mode' and `encode-time' are supposed to parse
dates like "0000-00-01" correctly. So maybe it's no a bug. ;-)
Why are such dates "not representable"? Is it a matter of still using
32-bit time values that start in 1971?
I thought that Linux and GNU libc were moving to 64-bit time values.
What's the status of that? Do we need to change Emacs to take advantage
of that? And what date do those time values start at?

Internal Emacs times are limited to 1970-2037, I believe....
