Suggestion on changes in etc/MORE.STUFF

I think MORE.STUFF is some outdated. Many useful packages are not
mentioned here. I suggest to make following changes:

1. Home site of mailcrypt should be changed to
   http://mailcrypt.sourceforge.net

2. Add CEDET and ECB into it, and put EIEIO under item of CEDET (
   http://cedet.sourceforge.net )

3. Add emacs-w3m ( http://emacs-w3m.namazu.org/ ), which is a very
   useful package as I think

4. Add mew ( http://www.mew.org/ )

5. Add Wanderlust ( http://www.gohome.org/wl/ )

6. Add ERC ( http://www.emacswiki.org/cgi-bin/wiki?EmacsIRCClient ),
   which is a very important and widelyused package

7. Change item JDE to JDEE

8. Add MH-E ( http://mh-e.sourceforge.net/ )

9. Add EMacro ( http://emacro.sourceforge.net/ )

10. Add Session ( http://emacs-session.sourceforge.net/ )

11. Add Tiny Tools ( http://tiny-tools.sourceforge.net/ )

12. Add Flymake ( http://flymake.sourceforge.net/ )

13. Add SLIME ( http://common-lisp.net/project/slime/ )

14. Add EmacsWiki mode ( http://mwolson.org/projects/EmacsWiki.html )

15. Add PlannerMode (
    http://sacha.free.net.ph/notebook/wiki/PlannerMode.php )

16. Add Remember ( http://sacha.free.net.ph/notebook/wiki/RememberEl.php
    )

17. Add Quack ( http://www.neilvandyke.org/quack/ )

18. Add Boxquote ( http://www.davep.org/emacs/ )


And I think many useful packages are missed here. Please add to this
list. Thus it's easier for Emacs users to find them.

(I don't have a strong opinion on the other suggestions.)

MH-E is already part of Emacs.  From etc/NEWS:

** MH-E changes.

Upgraded to MH-E version 7.82. There have been major changes since
version 5.0.2; see MH-E-NEWS for details.

Ditto:

** The new package flymake.el does on-the-fly syntax checking of program
