Hi,
 Are there any plans of releasing an updated version of the "GNU Emacs
Lisp reference manual" reflecting all the current changes? I have the
current released version covering Emacs 21.

What do you mean by ``releasing''?  The Emacs distribution now
includes the Lisp reference, so it will be released with Emacs 22.1.

Or did you mean ``printing''?
