Hello,
when I run GNU emacs 22 on one remote machine I get a dark shadow box in
a minibuffer. It shades 2/3 of a minibuffer area and therefore the text
behind is not visible (e.g. file path).
The beginning reads: [ English/European ].
Pointing and pressing a mouse pointer onto this area displays a separate
languages box.
How to disable this feature?
Thank you.
