Sure, but I cannot use rmail-dont-reply-to-names in this case, I
think, since it means I will never reply to these mailing lists, even
if the message didn't come from the bug tracker.  Those lists aren't
yet usurped by the bug tracker, are they?  People can still post there
without their messages being taken as bug reports, can't they?
