It was me allright :) Sorry that I missed Xavier's post.

What is needed to get the jabber source to work is what I put up on
the wiki, but there might of course be things in my local installation
that is required and that I was not thinking of.

Could you (Xavier) try to evaluate (anything-c-jabber-online-contacts)
and see if that gives any results? It took a while to get that right,
maybe there are still bugs in it? Also, it requires the latest jabber
package.
