Thank you for your report.  (Bug reports about the CVS version should
go to emacs-devel@gnu.org or emacs-pretest-bug@gnu.org, though.)

I don't see this problem in today's CVS.  Could you please try the
latest version?  If the problem still happens for you, please post
another bug report.

This indicates that your init file has some problems; perhaps what you
see with C-h k is somehow due to that.  In any case, please try the
same command "C-h k C-x o" in "emacs -Q", and see if the problem goes
away.
