The 16th Edition of the GNU Emacs manual, corresponding to version 22,
has been published by GNU Press:

Ordering printed copies of free manuals from the Free Software
Foundation helps support FSF activities.

Fine, but I wonder if not some of the manuals are missing? There are 
many more manuals in The Info Directory inside Emacs.

With the exception of the ELisp reference manual, they are not
published by GNU Press, AFAIK.
