Resend as TAR or ZIP. It doesn't like *.bat files sent _as_a_binary_attachment_. Text files can be sent inline, as part of the message body, especially since yours wasn't even a complete batch file, just an addition to it. (Btw, I'm amazed to see that you use something other than Emacs for sending mail.)
