On Linux
creates a file named "foo\bar", use find-dired to look for it, when
its displayed on screen, use "Enter" key to edit it. It will not work
because dired needs the backslash to be quoted but find-dired does not
do that to its output.

On Windows with gnu find set up.
All the subdirectories are separated using \ instead of /, and press
Enter to open the file output would not work for each file.

Cheers,

Thank you for your report.

I cannot reproduce this, but the port of GNU Find I use outputs files
using / as the directory separator. I guess you should look for a
better port of Find.

    On Linux

The system you are talking about is not Linux.
It is GNU, with Linux used as the kernel.
To call it "Linux" is to deny us credit for our work
(which GNU Emacs is just a part of).

Please call the system GNU/Linux, and give us an equal
share in the credit for the project we started.

See http://www.gnu.org/gnu/gnu-linux-faq.html for more explanation.
