A couple of updates to info nodes used in the code,

* international/mule.el (keyboard-coding-system): defcustom info-link
fixes: "Specify Coding" has split, keyboard now in "Terminal Coding",
and "Single-Byte Character Support" is now "Unibyte Mode".
* progmodes/fortran.el (fortran, fortran-mode-map): Info node link
fixes, "Fortran" is in emacs-xtra.

Thanks. I installed the first, but not the second. The reason I
didn't install the second is that I hope soon to merge emacs-xtra with
the main manual so that there's only one on-line manual (and two in
print, but your patch is not relevant to the printed version).
