Yes, that reproduces the problem. Here's what I did at the bash prompt... $ cvs -f tag bashtag3 . ...here's what I got on the console... cvs.exe tag: nothing known about pads cvs.exe [tag aborted]: correct the above errors first! ...It's strange that this seems to work on the RH 7.3 box, but not on the WinNT box.
