Anybody know simple mode for edit TODO files. I try todo-mode but it
is write all changes to ~/.todo-do. May be i can use it for all TODO
file? But i don't  know how...

Try org-mode [1]. It can do everything needed to get you fully
organized.

Thank you! It is very interesting... I will try use it...
But I want find mode like changelog-mode but for TODO's.

Planner-mode is another option.
