Excuse me, but I'd like to reconfirm this statement because it's important
not only technically also politically even if my proposal is rejected.
Debian GNU/Linux is important GNU platform, isn't it? Simple getcwd() call
is much (about three times) faster than this optimization at least on Debian
GNU/Linux(sid) as I've proven that.
