I know. Frankly, I'd be inclined to just remove the command. I don't think Emacs needs a "take a random quotation from a database (database not supplied) and feed it to Eliza" command. I think the concept may just be _too_ hilarious. (People want to keep M-x yow; http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/emacs-devel/2006-06/msg00323.html although fortune.el exists.
