L know that if I want Emacs with no toolbar, no menubar, and, no scroll bar,
I can write. But what if I also want fullscreen to get CompleteFullScreen.

(tool-bar-mode -1)
(menu-bar-mode -1)
(scroll-bar-mode -1)

For instance, a keybinding that toggles between Normal and CompleteFullScreen

Why not just use `toggle-frame-fullscreen'?
