texinfo-mode highlights texinfo constructs. But plain-tex constructs
within the file are not highlighted. There is great value if plain-tex
constructs in texinfo files are also highlighted. Is this a case supporting
Mixed Major Mode (MMM)? Or an alternative to MMM is recommended?
